Overall, there are things I liked about this episode, but let's just say it wasn't my favorite. At least the plot is still moving. Spoilers under the cut. (Also, I had to write this out super fast so I was not as articulate as I would have liked and I missed some points I had meant to make. Sorry)

Kelly committing suicide was an interesting way to start an episode, but how could anyone watching not know that it wasn't going to take?

Hurray for Sam in research mode! <3 We need more of that.

Did anyone else notice that Kelly's due date is the date of the season finale?

So Cas was in Heaven all this time. Was there anyone that really thought there was going to be a weird twist there?

The Dean and Cas reunion was probably my least favorite part of this episode. While Dean and Cas were both very much in character and there were some good things about it, it mostly just hit us over the head with Cas' ever present guilt about screwing up all the time. It is a major part of his character and his main motivation in everything, but some growth beyond being emo and finding new ways to screw up would be nice. Also, the dynamic between everyone has been extremely unbalanced this year and Dean's continuing arc of being pissy at everyone is starting to get old. Yes, it is in character and a major part of his personality, but he has other traits. What I really did like about it, was Dean sort of confirming that the three of them were all in it together, go team free will. That was awesome. I would have liked to have gotten it without the Destiel baiting, but I know that is too much to ask for. I was also annoyed that it was all just so Cas could steal the Colt.

I really liked that they finally revealed Daigon's endgame. I'm a little sad that was all it was, but it was good enough.

I still think the angels are up to more, but I always think they are up to something.

I really liked the little bit of Lucifer we got in this episode.

If Daigon was Lucifer's side-piece, who is his main piece?

Cas' line “She's difficult to kill, okay?” was probably my favorite part of the entire episode.

How did Dean not see that tossing the keys to Cas was a dumb move? Granted, at the time, I thought it was going to be Cas that was going to drive off with the Impala, but still a dumb move. Was Dean really arguing with Sam that intensely?

I am glad the Colt is gone. It opened up too many for super, super lazy plot lines. It kills almost everything and they know how to make bullets for it. Before when they had it and they were limited to only the bullets on hand, it was okay to have a weapon that powerful around, but having something of almost unlimited power and almost unlimited usage is always a bad idea in any universe.

Cas got a win, his mojo, and a purpose. I am shoving those in the good column. He needed the win, Cas with a purpose is always a better Cas, and its something different.
