In your own space, create some goals.

I am constantly making and adjusting goals. I have daily goals, weekly goals, monthly goals, spring goals, fall goals, October goals, and winter holiday goals. I even have a weekly goal check in post that I do, that hasn't been going up weekly lately. But I will confine this post to my 2021 goals, as they stand now, as I am not done figuring them out.

Bake something once a week until I run out of my stockpile of gifted mixes and supplies
Take time to take care of myself at least once a week, however that needs to look like at the time
Check in with at least one friend a week
Take care of my garden
Get the rules and FAQs done for madrona_project & madrona_info
Finish archiving my fics at the various places they should be archived
Finish my claims for inspiring_tables
At cookbook_challenge, I pledged to cook one or two new recipes a month.
Finish opening krazykattstableemporium
Whatever my pledge ends up being at plot_bunny_boot for the next round. (I won't know until March)
I have a word count related writing goal there is no way of not making sound petty.
Survive the planning and actual event of Nick's wedding (Human of Honor, here)
Good Reads 2021 Challenge
Still working on my goal of “more things off the todo list than on” that I started in July
Shimmering Words Reading Challenge
The Inauguration Reading List (though not in the first 100 days Biden is in office)
Catch up with my book clubs' reading lists
Get back to using trackers, they help
Journal
More movement (less sitting)
More honest self-expression
Get back to creating art
Set boundaries
Create a living environment that brings me joy, instead of, you know, what it does now

Those are my jumbled not super well defined goals for 2021, which can and will change at anytime.

Those are a great selection of goals. I'm glad you mentioned the cookbook challenge, I meant to join that and accidentally closed the tab, lol. The table emporium looks good, is that fandom or media specific or open to all? They're interesting prompt tables.

I think its a good difference between a goal and a resolution, if I don't keep a resolution I feel like I've failed but goals are just things you want to work towards, so it doesn't matter if they change or if you didn't get round to them.

Thank you. The table emporium is open to all fandoms and original; and open to all media. There are no claims or deadlines. Tables will be added on a chaotic basis, lol. Right now, as I can see everything, I am not sure what is locked and what is public, but we currently have 36 tables in total and we are adding more as time allows as the mod from the smorgosbord on lj gave us permission to import all of their tables. We will have a soft opening as soon as my comod and I can give the current version of the rules and FAQS a final once over. (But if you or anyone you know want to join and grab a table that's already public, that is perfectly fine.)

Yes, there is a world of difference between a resolution and a goal and that was a great way of putting it.

Thank you, I've joined up! There's five tables showing but only the anniversary one has coding to copy and paste, although the others are simpler tables. I'll have a go at one once Snowflake is over and I've finished my Romancing McShep story (which has been sadly neglected while I've been modding Snowflake, lol).
