So, I brought every house in the neighborhood cookies and introduced myself. My thought at the time was just making a point of introducing myself, but it sort of started something. Over the last year, it has lead to pretty much everyone interacting with each other much more than before
Oh, wow, this is so cool, and really wonderful. I keep trying to think of what I could do to build a local feeling of community but I don't think I am brave enough for this (yet?). My neighbourhood is very built up as well, which is intimidating (can't bake 1000 cookies) but may be good as well (might be able to start a specific activity like a book club or anime watching or tea time or ???). I really admire you going for it, it's very cool and very inspirational! All of your goals are great. Best of luck with them!
