Notes: This is actually my "everyday" morning tea, mostly because the discount grocery had this in the 100 count boxes. I do really like it though. To me, it tastes a bit smoother than black coffee and has a slight smoky flavor to it (I have a tendency to overbrew things, so the last part could just be me). This type of tea is supposed to be "earthy, nutty, or woody" flavored and I think those fit this brand as well.

Cool. When I was reading a lot about tea, I learned about pu-erh. It's interesting how the ways of preparing the same leaf have evolved. Incidentally, my in-laws actually grow tea (in Rwanda. I live in the US). I have tried pur-eh once and it's not for me, but I am still enjoying your reviews.
