Online1roomschoolhouse's Pride Bingo is back.
It is on Instagram and I know people are understandably quiting Instagram, so it might be fun to keep up with it here. I will do my best to update the card here as it updates there. I also understand this is not everyone's cup of tea so, I'm putting the card under a cut.
The rules are: to cross off a square, the event mentioned in it must be mentioned in a NATIONAL news source, between June 1 and June 30th.
*Weird capitalizations were typed exactly as they appear on the actual card.
*I also need to go back and move the prompts around so they are on the correct squares, but neither I, nor my device, have enough battery for that tonight.
**Day 1:there are already multiple fills. I will get those in when I get the squares fixed, which have more issues than I thought.
Biden publicly congratulates himself for being such an ally: official statement on POTUS social media
New Gay Zoo Animal: 'Queer Planet' a nature documentary about LGBTQ animals is coming out on Peacock
Day 11:
Ellen Degeneres Attempts Comeback: several articles about her "eating humble pie" and trying to revive her career
LGBTQ Olympic controversy: O1RSH is counting all the articles about the Olympics recommending trans-inclusive language
Pride merch line is just beige: Officially, the fill is for Levi's Pride collection, the "Rainbow Rodeo," which is predominantly brown, white, black, and denim (though there is some color). Personally, I think the beige Walmart Pride merch and Target's Pride month charcuterie boards should get shout outs as well.
(Also of note, Levi's is donating $100,000 annually to Outright International.)
Super unconventional item offered as Pride merch: MoveActive Pride grippy socks, ifkyk
Day 17: I fixed the card and updated the fills.
***The maker of the bingo possibly named the incorrect sister
